Our Program

Every student begins by taking a series of tests in order to enable us to correctly place them where they will receive the most benefit on their academic journey.

Where individual students show areas of weakness, we map a plan to re-teach those concepts. Imagine a brick wall being built. Along the way, if a block here and there was left out, eventually the strength of the structure would be compromised. The same thing can happen with the building blocks of education. We begin by filling in these learning gaps to create a strong foundation for continued learning.

Students are taught how to learn. A student that is struggling in their school work may simply have never been taught how to learn. We teach each child how to increase their memory and build their note-taking and study skills. This builds the students confidence in their own ability, and often, their testing scores begin to increase immediately.

Students who have been labeled with learning disabilities or attention disorders can thrive in our learning environment. While these difficulties present some significant challenges, our focus on the individual gives our students the chance to succeed. Any child with love and proper instruction can grow to love God, find success in life and fulfill God’s will for their life!

Students who are advanced are given the opportunity to attend a local college in the Post-Secondary Program offered by the Ohio Department of Education. This allows students to experience college level classes and earn college credits toward a degree as they are completing their high school course work.

Horizons Curriculum

The Horizons curriculum builds skills in Mathematics and Language Arts and is an alternative to the LIFEPAC curriculum for elementary students. The Horizons lessons are brightly illustrated to extend the child's attention span. Hands-on learning is included in every lesson. All learning material is presented in a spiral-learning format where a few concepts are introduced at a time while reviewing and reinforcing previous concepts.

LIFEPAC Curriculum (K-3rd)

With LIFEPAC students work in full-color work-text books, combining exercises, projects, reviews, and tests. LIFEPAC combines the Bible and the academic, providing the opportunity for students to evaluate their lessons from a Christian perspective. An award-winning curriculum, LIFEPAC has been developed to provide the best learning experiences for each student through personalized instruction.

Reignite the passion of learning with the newest learning management system from Alpha Omega Publications. Built exclusively for Christian schools, this comprehensive curriculum for students in grades 3 through 12 includes lessons in five core subject areas: Bible, language arts, math, science, and history and geography, with a diverse list of electives also available. Ignitia courses are not only rigorous and interactive, but provide instruction based on a Christian worldview, encouraging students to consider challenging questions from a biblical perspective.

The curriculum is secure and can be accessed anywhere with an internet connection by students and by parents with a special parental password.
